Terms of Service
Terms of Service
The terms that explain how we work together, including project responsibilities, payment, ownership, and the end of an engagement.
Last updated 2 September 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of the Branding2Go website and any creative services you engage us to provide. By browsing the site or commissioning work, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Where a signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement exists between us, that document takes precedence over these terms for anything it addresses directly.
Scope of services
Branding2Go provides brand identity, UI/UX design, website design and development, social media management, performance marketing and content production. The precise deliverables, timelines and fees for your project are defined in the proposal we issue before work begins.
Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request. We will confirm the impact on cost and schedule in writing, and will not proceed with additional work until you approve it.
Project engagement and approvals
Delivery depends on both sides. To keep a project on schedule we ask that you:
- Provide a single named point of contact with authority to approve work.
- Supply brand assets, access credentials and reference material we reasonably request.
- Return consolidated feedback within the review windows set out in the proposal.
- Confirm sign-off in writing at each defined project milestone.
Where an approval or a required asset is delayed, the affected milestone dates shift accordingly. We will always flag this at the time rather than at the end.
Fees, invoicing and payment
Fees, payment schedule and currency are stated in your proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin on receipt of the initial deposit, and retainers are invoiced in advance of each service period.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
- Third-party costs such as ad spend, media licences, fonts, plugins and hosting are billed separately unless the proposal says they are included.
- We may pause work on materially overdue accounts after giving written notice.
Intellectual property and ownership
On full payment of all sums due for a project, ownership of the final approved deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, component libraries, internal processes and any concepts or routes not selected. Third-party assets — typefaces, stock imagery, plugins and similar — remain governed by their own licences, which are issued in your name where the licence requires it.
Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio, case studies and marketing material.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public commercial, technical and strategic information confidential, use it only for the purposes of the engagement, and protect it with at least the care it applies to its own confidential information. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
Warranties and limitations
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by suitably experienced people. Beyond that, the website and its content are provided as is, without further warranty of any kind.
Marketing, design and development outcomes depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, competitor activity, third-party platform behaviour and your own operations among them. We do not guarantee specific commercial results such as revenue, ranking, reach or conversion figures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement.
Third-party platforms and services
Our work frequently involves platforms we do not operate, including advertising networks, social channels, marketplaces, analytics providers, hosting and payment processors. Their availability, policies, pricing and enforcement decisions are theirs alone, and we are not responsible for changes they make or actions they take against an account.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement on written notice as set out in the proposal. On termination you remain liable for all work completed and all third-party costs committed up to the termination date, and we will hand over the deliverables covered by payments already received.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The revised version applies from the date it is published on this page, and the date shown above will reflect the change. Terms already incorporated into a signed agreement are not altered by an update to this page.
