Understand how we handle personal information, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Overview

This policy explains what personal information Branding2Go collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what control you have over it. It covers this website and the personal information we handle in the course of client engagements.

We collect the minimum we need to run the studio well. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

The information we hold falls into three groups:

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, company details and anything else you include when you contact us, request a proposal or subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Information from working together — project briefs, brand assets, credentials you grant us for platforms we manage on your behalf, and correspondence relating to the engagement.
  • Information collected automatically — standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and how you move through this site.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals.
  • To deliver, manage and support the services you have engaged us for.
  • To administer accounts, issue invoices and keep proper financial records.
  • To send updates or marketing you have asked to receive, which you can stop at any time.
  • To understand how this site is used so we can improve it.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one of the following: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and promoting the studio, balanced against your rights; your consent, where we have asked for it; and compliance with a legal obligation.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working correctly and to understand aggregate usage patterns. Analytics data is used to see which pages are useful and where visitors run into friction — not to build a profile of you as an individual.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not behave as intended if you do.

When we share information

We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:

  • Service providers who operate on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising platforms, accounting and project management tools — under obligations of confidentiality.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where they need it to advise us.
  • Authorities or other parties where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then for as long as we are required to retain it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted once it no longer serves a purpose.

How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted connections, credential management for the platforms we administer, and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Have inaccurate information corrected.
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer have grounds to keep.
  • Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we relied on it.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any message we send.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details on this site. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Information we handle for clients

Where we manage advertising accounts, social channels, mailing lists or websites for a client, we may process personal information belonging to that client's own customers. In those cases the client determines how that information is used and we act on their instructions. Our handling is governed by the agreement between us.

International transfers

Some of the providers we rely on operate outside your country. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The current version always appears on this page, and the date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be made clear rather than buried.
